An intelligent trash rack cleaner that detects faults first
It detects debris overload and structural deformation in real time and adjusts its operation automatically. Instead of repairing after a breakdown, it prevents the breakdown.

Debris overload detection
The load sensing module continuously monitors the load on the rake and, when an overload occurs, lowers the speed to reduce it.

Drive shaft overload · deformation detection
The drive shaft deformation sensing module detects excessive force on the shaft and protects the reducer and chain.

Rake deformation detection
The rake deformation sensing module detects bending or twisting of the rake and raises an alert before it develops into a major failure.

A rotary trash rack cleaner that detects debris overload, rake deformation and drive shaft deformation in real time and controls its operation automatically. As a Performance Sharing success product, it is supplied to drainage pump stations nationwide.

Smart Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyors that receive the debris lifted by the trash rack cleaner and carry it to the collection bin. Development of the smart belt conveyor is complete, and certification is in preparation.

We continue to develop core technology for disaster prevention. Once a product's development is complete, it goes through certification and is then deployed to sites.

A predictive-maintenance trash rack cleaner that detects debris overload and rake and drive shaft deformation. As a Performance Sharing success product, it is being supplied to drainage pump stations.
Development is complete and certification is in preparation. Once certified, it can be supplied through negotiated contracts.
